Meet our Leadership Team.

Seth grew up in Colorado but has also lived in Texas, Nebraska, Kentucky, and now the great state of Kansas. He and his wife, Dana, have been married since 2010 and have three beautiful, rambunctious daughters.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Seth has been blessed with a diverse background. Before his call into ministry, he worked as a licensed financial advisor. After completing his seminary studies, he spent several years as an Associate Pastor of Discipleship before commissioning as a US Army chaplain. He served on active duty with the 101st Airborne Division.

Seth became the Lead Pastor of NABC in March of 2024. He gets excited about preaching, discipleship, church leadership, exercise, spending time with his girls and a high-quality cup of coffee. He continues to serve as an Army chaplain in the Kansas National Guard.

Lizzy grew up at NABC and got her start in Children’s Ministry at Nall. She attended Southwest Baptist University where she received a degree in Children’s Ministry.

She served at another church in the area for 7.5 years before coming to Nall Avenue and loves all aspects of Children’s Ministry. She joined the Nall Staff in March of 2021.

Lizzy and her husband Brett have been married since 2019 , have two daughters and one son.

Aaron grew up in the historic river town of Hannibal, Missouri. It was there he met and married his wife, Miriam, in 1998. Together, they have two great children.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a dual emphasis in voice and instrument from Hannibal-LaGrange University and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Melissa grew up in Kansas City and graduated from Center Hight School.  She and her husband Chuck have been married for 31 years and have two children that were raised at Nall Avenue Baptist Church. They have one granddaughter.  She enjoys going to the Kansas City Monarchs games and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.

Melissa joined the Nall Staff in May of 2024.

Lisa received her degree in Business Administration from NMSU. She met her husband in college and married him here at Nall in 1988. They raised three children here and have six grandchildren.

Lisa has been working at Nall since 2011 and serves in many of the children’s ministries.

Dakota grew up in the Kansas City area and started going to Nall Avenue Baptist church in 2023. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his boys, playing sports, watching movies, reading and anything outdoors. Prior to his unexpected detour into ministry he supported himself and his two little sidekicks by remodeling houses and working in various areas of the construction industry. Now having an opportunity to serve the church by wrangling repairs and sprucing up the place, he is ready to tackle any challenge and learn from the best leaders in town.
